We are fully equipped to handle just about anything that a client can throw at us...
For daylight balanced work, we travel with 10,200 watts of strobe power, and a number of strobe heads to distribute it accordingly. In addition we use up to 24 AC slave strobes and custom designed bases for added light. For our tungstem shoots, we carry two full cases with lights ranging from 1000 watts to 150 watts each. This equipment, along with the cameras & computers, and the stands and accessories, all fit conveniently into as many as 20 cases. The airlines just love to see us coming! We can deliver images from 35mm, 645, & 4x5 film. We also have those same capabilites in digital. We currently use a 10.2 mega pixel (MP) Nikon system, a 22MP Mamiya sytem, and a 44MP Phase One system for the Sinar camera. We have the capabilites to deliver up to a 125MB file with no interpolation. We have also delivered files beyond 250MB with extremely minimal image degradation. Whether you are looking for photos for to use in a portfolio or competition, or looking for photos to use on a billboard or in a magazine, we can deliver a high quality digital file to meet your needs.
While other photographers may use the modern digital technology as a crutch, we use it as a tool. There still needs to be a solid, fundemental understanding of lighting and technique. The digital systems and software such as PhotoShop and CaptureOne are incredible tools in the right hands. However, you still need to start with a great photograph(er).
